Injection Molding Technology
With the core – cavity injection molding system, the first and all subsequent products are produced in the same material thickness and quality standard. Again, with the double-sided injection molding system, an excellent image quality is created on both sides of the mat. Anti-slip elements are patterned on the side that touches the floor, minimizing the risks of slipping and subsequent accidents.

In the plastic injection technique, the raw material is molten and pressed in the mold by being exposed to high heat and pressure. Thus, the adhesion of the raw material pressed in steel core and cavity molds to each other on a molecular basis is maximized and its strength and resistance are increased. For this reason, even if the same raw material is used in different production techniques, the resulting product cannot reach the quality and service life of a product produced in injection.
